At the ranch this summer we had some awesome people that kept us fed, nourished, and happy with their tremendous cooking and backing. In that mix of awesomeness was our amazing Chef Mark. He was a great guy to be around and a good friend to everyone. Mark had a funny sense of humor that kept us laughing and made for many good times in and out of the kitchen.
Over the summer I got to hang out with Mark doing everything from helping at the grill, messing around in the kitchen, talking on the porch, taking him on his epic horseback ride, conspiring “pranks” (that we never went through with ) and much more. He is the only person I have ever known that wears shorts 365 days a year because he wants to. Mark is one of those friends that everyone needs to have at least one of in their lives.
