So much time
has passed since I came out here in mid-May. Some much happens in a week that
soon the days and weeks start blending together into one big memory. Taking
photos helps me keep the memories in somewhat of an order in my mind.
We have over thirty-five
staff working here at the Heart Six Guest Ranch. Twelve of us are Wranglers that
work with sixty-one horses each day. In the course of a week we do everything
from rounding up the horses in the morning, brushing and saddling the horses, taking
guests on trail rides, cleaning tack and tack rooms, feeding and caring for all
the horses, fixing fences, giving riding lessons in the arena, team penning
cows with the guests, doing activities, with the kids, and much more. We also
do the opening flag ceremony at the Jackson Hole Rodeo each week.
So here are a few long overdue photos of life here at the Ranch!
